These parents were so wonderful with their sweet little boy. It was such a cold and windy day in Moorestown, New Jersey that the baby was shivering and just wanted to go back into the car. I suggested that they “play” with him instead of trying to make him look into the camera and the magic happened. He proceed to share his apples one at a time and paddle in the little canoe. It was so much fun to see him in motion! I love the interaction between parents and their children, moments not to be forgotten.

This wedding day was filled with laughter and fun joining two wonderful families. David who is an avid fisherman was so lucky to have caught Kim! The day started out cold but sunny so we were able to capture some beautiful outdoor winter images. The ceremony took place at Our Lady of Hope in Blackwood, New Jersey and was so intimate being that the priest was the Bride’s cousin. Afterward we headed off to Tavistock Country Club which made for a beautiful photo backdrop since it was decorated for Christmas. Kim and David snuggled together for these images and you could see the love for each other. The reception was highlighted by a fantastic ballroom dance that impressed the audience. Kim is an accomplished ballroom dancer and David “the fisherman” took dance lessons to compliment his partner. Tony Weaver and I had so much fun capturing their party. Wishing them a very happy life together.

Coming from a large family of eight kids, I know the importance of capturing “the gang” all together. These two sisters reached out to me expressing that they wanted to give this family photography session as a present to their father who was celebrating his 70th birthday. What a precious gift… not just another shirt, tie or gift certificate but something with a very personal value. I can always remember the joy on my mother’s face when she saw that her eight children had secretly had a portrait created for her birthday. Although it was not a surprise gift for him, I hoped their dad would feel the same joy. We all met at Barclay Farmstead in Cherry Hill, New Jersey and they shared laughs and hugs through out the whole photo shoot. You could see the love they had for each other. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your celebration!!!

I have the pleasure of photographing this family for many years, starting with the parent’s wedding and special highlights in the children’s lives. Their father owns a Extreme Karate & Fitness in Huntingdon Valley, Pa and every year I do school pictures of all the students so I have seen these girls be warriors as well as little princesses. My Studio in Marlton, New Jersey provided a great location for the Communion Photography Session and of course her older sister participates in the pictures too! I always let the kids be silly in a few images which shows true personalities and relaxes them. Always fun times with the Leibert Family!

How cute is this baby!!! As much as I love Sessions in my Marlton, New Jersey Studio, it is always fun to go to the client’s home for a Newborn Photo Shoot. Most of the props were family gifts for the baby to include a little pink outfit, fur hat and beautiful blanket. Only a few days old this little girl was smiling when she was not sleeping. A Life Style Session done in one’s home lends itself to a “natural feel” of a newborn with the focus on the baby not so much on a scene with props. Newborn photography lends itself to many creative styles that you can select for your preference.

It was so great to see this family again for their outdoor photo session in South Jersey. I have really enjoyed sharing some of the biggest moments of this family’s life to include photographing their wedding, newborn son and baby’s first birthday. Little “Z” was really funny with all of his expressions from great big smiles to pickle puss faces, love them ALL. And you can see by the pictures that he was quite the character! Bubbles, canoe, tippie toes on chair…what a fun day they had!
